Support & Faqs FAQ: I can't seem to log in, what should I do?
Q. I can't seem to log in, what should I do?
A. If your having problems Logging In, just use the forgot password option. This will RESET your current password, & sent you a email with your new password & also a link that pass your username & password into the log in form for fast access.
REMEMBER!!! You should delete older emails you have gotten from us as the password will no longer be active. Keep only the latest email for your records & fast access to your members area.
If the email address you enter comes back in-active, there can be a few reasons for this including...
- Your membership has expired
- Your using the incorrect email address, many people have several different email addresses they use & sometimes forget which email they used to sign up with. Try all possiablities.
- Some users may use a different email address to make their payment then they did to register.
- If your a new member, could you have mistyped your email address? Did you get a welcome email? Yahoo, Hotmail, and many other email clients may have put our email in your bulk/spam folder, be sure to check there.
If you continue to have problems, use our contact page & open a trouble ticket up, be sure to include the first & last name that was used for payment. We have 2 sources we can check, the payment processor's database & our membership database. General response times range from a few minutes to a few hours.
