Q. Why does the Nationwide Criminal Court & D.O.C. Search take several minutes to load?
A. This one of a kind instant criminal records search can take some time to load, the more databases that are added to the search, the longer it will take. It should not take more than 3 minutes to complete unless you use dial up for your internet connection, then you can expect a 6 to 10 minute load time. It is best to just wait until all databases have loaded, if you try and view the results before that, it can be quite aggervating. During load time, the page will jump up and down until it has completed, this is normal & once the search is finished, you'll be amazed how quickly you've just searched the country for criminal court and/or D.O.C. records.
