Q.  Do I need a special program to use the Virtual Maps feature?

A.  No, any standard web browser will work find. If you would like to use the 3-D birds eye maps, you'll need to download a small file direct from Microsoft, link is provided within the maps, just click on the 3-D link & follow the instructions.
