Our Services
We have 3 (in house) databases that we developed, & provide maintenance on. The first, (1) The Active Warrant Search simply scans local/state/federal databases & websites such as active warrants, most wanted posters, missing people, etc. The second, (2) The Nationwide Criminal Records Search is a aid in fast searching, and is not considered a database. Each state or county in the Nationwide Criminal Records Search has it's own terms, if they are required to be read before a search, the system will not allow you search until you click on that locations terms.And the third database (3) The Federal Search uses the same type of system as our Active Warrant Search in which it scans various federal & government databases & websites for search terms.

Our Refund Policy
If you having problems with our system, we urge you to open a trouble ticket & give us a chance to assist you in your search. If we cannot provide a solution to your issue, we will be happy to send you a complete refund. Please be sure you include your user name (e-mail address) in your trouble ticket for faster response time. General response time is less than 6 hours, but you should expect to have a response in no more than 12 hours.
You'll find our "contact us" & "support" links & buttons throughout the main website, and also will be included in your welcome e-mail.

Our Instant Access Guarantee
Instant Access is guaranteed! If you make your payment using a credit card through either PayPal or 2checkout.com, your account will be instantly activated - however you should allow a 1 - 2 minutes for the activation signal to be sent to our membership system.
If you pay via check, we cannot guarantee instant access. While there is a 5-10 day hold  before the check clears the bank, we will activate your account within 12 hours (usually less). Be sure to open up a trouble ticket with the email address you used to make the payment for faster service.

Privacy Policy
Any and all information you submit to us will not be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other  purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern. The only information we require from you is a contact email address, which is used as your username, or in the event you forget your password.
