Unlimited Criminal Checks Record Removal Policy
Unlimited Criminal Checks is an archive service, just like a newspaper. Just because the offenders sentence has expired or their time being listed on the state run sex offender registry is over, that does not mean the crime did not take place. There are still court records of the case, the expiration of an offenders sentence does not invalidate our records.
We DO NOT accept any money for record removal, that would be immoral on our part due to the nature of these crimes.
If an offender is or ever was on any USA sex offender registry, that is because he/she was convicted and sentenced and part of that sentence was to be listed on the registry.
Contacting our hosting provider is not going to make any difference, you would need a court order signed by a judge to have the record removed. This is covered by the 1st amendment of the US Constitution, the right to free press.
